Sun Rice is the brainchild of my eldest brother, TJ, born from the world-stopping event that we've all come to know as the COVID-19 Pandemic. What started as an exchange of laughs, random thoughts, and ideas during our regular gaming sesh became the start of a venture we didn't know would take off to the skies — or the sun if you will.
I'm honored to be part of the team and to be able to help my brother bring his restaurant dreams to life through design, and that Sun Rice has finally found its' new roots at The Moxy Hotel, with a refreshed brand. I've been able to see it come to fruition first-hand from concept to execution.
